RJN World started in 1983 as a chemical products manufacturing company located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During the years, several mergers and acquisitions have enabled  us to diversify our efforts into specialty products, research & development, industrial chemical manufacturing including products such things as party foam and snow, automotive polishes/sealers, specialty products, industrial fabric products, private label and contract packaging.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
RJN World accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology that encrypts all information entered on our site before it is sent over the Internet.

SALES TAX
Any merchandise shipped to a Florida address will be charged the appropriate state sales tax. The amount of tax will be displayed during check out from the store.

MINIMUM ORDER
RJN World currently has no minimum order requirements.

SHIPPING
Domestic - The RJN World store currently ships to all 50 of the United States. We cannot accept shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

International – The RJN World store can also ship worldwide; however, because of the individual customs requirements of each country these orders should be placed directly with our sales department at rjninc@bellsouth.net and not through our online store.

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt during normal business hours, Monday – Friday. Shipments are routed via UPS unless another carrier is specified. You can track your shipment online, 24 hours per day at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. For shipments other than UPS please contact our customer service department at service@rjnworld.com.

RETURNS
No products will be accepted for return without prior authorization from RJN World. Please contact customer service at rjninc@bellsouth.net for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Your return authorization and packing slip should be included with the returned item. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable.
